We review and process all valid requests within 7-14 business days.

What Happens Next?
- Verification – Our team will verify the requestor’s identity and authority to act on behalf of the brand.
- Review – We will assess the request and confirm whether it meets removal criteria.
- Action – If approved, we will remove the requested brand data from EI Vault within 7-14 business days.
- Confirmation – You will receive an email confirmation once the process is completed.
